Today we have released compatibility updates for DEVONnote, DEVONthink, EasyFind, and PhotoStickies that mainly fix compatibility issues on OS X 10.7 Lion. If you’re on Lion we highly recommend to install them.

DEVONthink Pro comes with smart templates for integrating bibliographic data from Sente 6 as notes. Power user and scripter Rob Trew has published an additional script that sends selected notes to DEVONthink including attachments. (more)

For quite a while we have been talking about adding sync capabilities to DEVONthink that allow to sync databases between multiple Macs. I am proud to announce that today we have distributed the first alpha to our team of beta testers with another (and last) alpha following early August before we start the public beta test in later August. If you are, like us, excited about the upcoming release of OS X 10.7 Lion then you will also like this news: We have just released version 2.2 of DEVONthink and DEVONnote which makes them fully compatible to Lion. Install this update and you don’t need fear the beast.
Just a quick note that we have today released version 2.0.6 of all editions of DEVONthink and of DEVONnote. The update fixes bugs, e.g. the ‘Sync group missing’ bug that affected only some Macs but not all of them. It also brings better integration with Spotlight and improves the overall performance. Use your applications’ built-in update function or download the new versions on our Download page. (more)
