With our maintenance update 2.9.16 for DEVONthink we focused on enhancing the built-in synchronization. We now let you import multiple databases at the same time from a sync location and pending items are automatically downloaded from the next available location. (more)

Moving to DEVONthink from Evernote is not a trivial change. The new tools available to handle my Information and Knowledge activities are quite different and in many ways, far more powerful. The learning curve has started for me but I feel DEVONthink is not only excellent but most importantly the proper fit for me. I’m just beginning to perceive how I can now extend my use of such tool as most barriers I had with Evernote have been lifted now. (more)
macOS Sierra 10.12.2 will soon be knocking at the door. DEVONthink 2.9.7, which we have released today, addresses further PDF issues related to Sierra (but does not fix them all; they’re just too many). (more)
“Alles neu macht der Mai,” Germans are saying. We do it already in April! We have just released maintenance updates for all three editions of DEVONthink as well as for DEVONnote. The update improves the reliability of synchronization, clipping with the Clip To DEVONthink browser extension as well as the bookmarklets, and many other parts of the apps. If you’re using the new web interface of DEVONthink Pro Office you’ll like that we have made it a lot faster. (more)
Our update to DEVONthink To Go 2.3 is dedicated to iOS 11 and its enhancements. With drag-and-drop you effortlessly organize your documents inside DEVONthink To Go and or transfer them back and forth between apps. The new Files app lets you access all your documents from a central place that integrates also other file providers such a iCloud Drive or Dropbox. (more)

This weekend Apple finally released DEVONthink To Go 1.5 to the App Store. Among many little changes the new version comes with a brand new iOS 8 extension for clipping data from many other apps. Unfortunately a bug crept into the code with a last-minute change that crashes the app after adding data to the database from e.g. the Clip to DEVONthink extension. (more)
We’ve finally decided to replace the system PDF sidebar with our own code to fix some long-standing issues with macOS El Capitan and later. DEVONthink 2.9.15 brings a completely rewritten PDF sidebar that is not only more reliable than its macOS counterpart but also offers better clipboard, drag-and-drop, and keyboard navigation support. We’ve not only updated DEVONthink and DEVONnote today)but also DEVONagent. DEVONagent Pro 3.9.8 enhances the Search mode for automatically searching sites. Both the Pro and Express editions improve their compatibility to Google Chrome bookmarks, and all three editions get some performance and reliability enhacements. (more)
